1 cucumber diced small
1 Scallions diced small
3 golden kiwis (like green ones but with golden flesh these are sweeter) diced small...
1 apple diced small
1 small pear diced small
1 tablespoon Lime (or lemon juice to keep fruit fresh)
1 tablespoon Avocado oil (any other oil)
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Clean, dice and mix all ingredients in bowl sprinkle with lime or lemon juice and favorite salad oil. Salt and Pepper to taste.
