  • 1 cucumber diced small
  • 1 Scallions diced small
  • 3 golden kiwis (like green ones but with golden flesh these are sweeter) diced small...
  • 1 apple diced small
  • 1 small pear diced small
  • 1 tablespoon Lime (or lemon juice to keep fruit fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon Avocado oil (any other oil)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  1. Clean, dice and mix all ingredients in bowl sprinkle with lime or lemon juice and favorite salad oil. Salt and Pepper to taste.
