WanderingFreeGourmet – I am writing this Blog primarily to assist people in realizing that eating meals made from scratch can be easier, cheaper, and even less time consuming then using processed foods in meals for folks that have food allergies/reactions of any type. The benefit being knowing where your food comes from and what is in it.

In this section of the website I will be posting all of my recipes and trying to provide guidance on how to cook simply from scratch.
