Nice versatile wrap that is low in calories. This can also be turned into a crepe by adding a touch more milk and using less of the resulting mixture and ensuring it spreads out much thinner.

  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl until you have a loose batter similar to a pancake batter. If not sure what that is the batter should drip slowly off the spoon when help sideways.
  2. Heat up a 10 inch non-stick skillet (add a drop or two of oil if needed - I cook without)
  3. Take pan off direct heat and pour batter in pan while rotating pan to evenly coat the pan with the batter
  4. Cook on each side for roughly 2 minutes or until light brown on each side
  5. Serve with favorite filling
Notes

Favorite fillings:

PB&J (2 tbsp. or peanut butter to 1 tbsp. of favorite jam/jelly)

Nutella

Shredded/pulled pork or chicken with cheese

Thin steak strips and a couple thin fries

These are just a few ideas for fillings I have used.

This recipe can be used to make two smaller wraps or one large wrap.
One large wrap filled can be a meal.
