  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 2 tablespoons Sun flour seed hearts
  • 3 pieces Crystallized ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Dried mulberry
  • 2 teaspoon of almond butter
  • 1/2 cup Grapes

  1. Run smoothie maker until blended

This is one of my favorite smoothies when I want a smoothie that just tastes great and that reminds you of the flavor of a favorite meal.
